We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Consulting Inside Sales / Project Coordinator to join our team in the construction industry. This role is pivotal in supporting our sales team and coordinating with various departments to ensure the successful completion of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in quoting, estimating, submittal management, customer service, manufacturing coordination, problem-solving, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and coordinate all project activities from the initial sales stage to the final delivery, ensuring that all project objectives are met within the stipulated time and budget.
2. Prepare and present accurate quotes and estimates for potential projects to the sales team and clients.
3. Manage the submittal process, ensuring that all necessary documents are prepared, submitted, and approved on time.
4. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
5. Coordinate with the manufacturing team to ensure that all project materials are available as needed and meet the required quality standards.
6. Proactively identify and resolve potential problems that may arise during the project, using your problem-solving skills to ensure that the project stays on track.
7. Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks, ensuring that all project details are accurately recorded and communicated to the relevant parties.
8. Work closely with the sales team to identify potential sales opportunities and provide them with the necessary support to close deals.
9. Continuously monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the sales team and clients.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
2. Proven experience in quoting, estimating, and submittal management.
3. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to address and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
4. Experience in coordinating with manufacturing teams, ensuring that project materials are available as needed and meet the required quality standards.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively identify and resolve potential issues that may impact the project.
6. A high level of attention to detail, ensuring that all project details are accurately recorded and communicated.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams across various departments.
8. Proficiency in using project management software and other relevant computer applications.
9. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
