Earning Potential:

- Base Salary $18.00 an hour + Uncapped Commission along with enticing weekly, monthly, and quarterly incentives.
- Annual Earnings Expectation: $80,000 to $120,000 PLUS! Your potential is limitless with no cap on earnings!
Full-Time Schedule:
Variable shifts, including weekends.
- Sunday - Tuesday: 8:45 AM - 7:00 PM
- (Wednesday Training: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM)
- Thursday - Saturday: 8:45 AM - 7:00 PM

Responsibilities and Day-to-Day Expectations
- Engage with clients in person by presenting stunning portraits, discussing image sizes, and finish options within a flow chart, relaxed sales environment.
- Conduct 45-minute to 1-hour consultations, managing up to 8 sessions per day.
- Guide clients through product options such as prints, wall art, and albums, with a focus on emotional connection and value, utilizing a soft-sell approach without high-pressure tactics.
- Contribute to a family oriented workplace that delivers exceptional service while promoting work-life balance, including a 3.5-day work week.
- Handle high volume days with poise and efficiency, supported by ongoing training and a strong team environment.
- Actively participate in sales training and team development to enhance skills and team dynamics.
