Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand US market presence, identify target accounts, explore industry opportunities, and analyze market and competitor activity.
• Build relationships with C-level executives, hiring managers, procurement teams, direct clients, MSPs, and VMS programs to acquire and retain customers.
• Manage strategic accounts, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and coordinate with recruitment teams on client hiring requirements, consultant placements, and satisfaction.
• Promote IT services including software development, cloud migration, AI, cybersecurity, data engineering, ERP implementations, and managed services,
• Collaborate with technical teams to devleop client-specific solutions and maintain compliance requirements with legal and delivery teams.
• Prepare and review RFPs, RFQs, proposals, and Statements of Work while coordinating contract negotiations, MSAs, NDAs.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets, manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, monitor pipeline performance, and forecast future revenue.
• Lead sales performance reviews, support team training and skill development, and improve sales processes based on performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and present pipeline, revenue, forecasting, and sales performance reports to leadership.
