    A day in the role

Start your morning reviewing new purchase orders, validating contract terms against company assumptions, and prioritizing urgent customer needs. By midday, you’re coordinating with operations, quality, and finance to confirm specs, timelines, and pricing for quotes—while keeping the Director of Sales & Marketing in the loop. In the afternoon, you’re on the phone with current and target accounts, answering questions promptly and accurately, and finalizing clear order documentation. You close the day by updating reports and databases, proposing process tweaks to streamline contract review and order management, and preparing for an upcoming trade show visit.
