Part-Time Sales & Customer Relations Associate

Location: Middlefield, MA (Onsite)
Schedule: Approximately 25 Hours Per Week
Hours: Monday–Friday, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, with some flexibility
Pay: $22-25/HR Depending on Experience

An established wholesale distributor of New Age, spiritual, and metaphysical products is looking for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and building relationships.
This role is about more than making sales. It's about getting to know an established customer base of independent retailers and resellers, staying connected with them, understanding their needs, and helping them find the products they're looking for. It also involves reaching out to new potential customers and introducing them to what the business has to offer.
The ideal person is personable, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and comfortable taking the initiative to make connections through both phone and email.

What You'll Be Doing

• Staying in touch with existing wholesale customers through regular phone and email communication.
• Building on established customer relationships and making sure customers feel valued.
• Reaching out to prospective customers and introducing them to the company's products and services.
• Looking for opportunities to grow the customer base and generate new business.
• Helping customers stay informed about products and offerings.
• Using online tools and technology to help improve product visibility and support sales.
• Taking ownership of your outreach and finding ways to keep the momentum going.

What We're Looking For

• Someone who is naturally outgoing, personable, and enjoys talking with people.
• Comfortable making phone calls and sending emails to both familiar and new contacts.
• Self-directed and motivated, with the ability to manage your own time and priorities.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in developing customer relationships.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and online tools.
• Previous sales, customer service, or business development experience is helpful.
• Familiarity with or an interest in New Age, spiritual, metaphysical, or alternative products is a definite plus.
• Someone who appreciates independent businesses and the personal connections that come with them.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Approximately 25 hours per week.
• Monday–Friday, with flexibility in scheduling between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
• Onsite position in Middlefield, MA.
