Job Duties

• Support sales representatives with daily quoting, order processing, and administrative tasks.
• Prepare and issue customer quotes based on pricing and product specifications.
• Enter, process, and track customer orders in internal systems.
• Accurately write and update sales orders.
• Perform data entry and maintain customer and order records.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status and basic inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn order processing systems.
• Close attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and support a sales team in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional customer service and phone/email etiquette.

What You Will Do

As a Inside Sales Assistant you will assist customers, respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, process orders, maintain customer records, follow up on sales opportunities, resolve service issues, coordinate with internal departments, and provide timely communication that supports customer satisfaction and business growth while maintaining accurate documentation.

The Inside Sales Assistant plays an important role in supporting customers and sales teams through professional communication and dependable administrative support. This position requires adaptability, organization, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
