Summary

Team Taranto (Powered by PLACE) is looking for a go-getter to join our fast-growing real estate team as an Inside Sales Agent (ISA). You’ll be on the front lines, connecting with inbound and outbound leads, building real relationships, and getting solid appointments on the calendar for our agents.

On a day-to-day basis, you’ll be making calls, shooting texts, following up with folks, figuring out exactly what they need, and keeping our CRM updated. What you do is huge for us—you're basically the engine that keeps our sales pipeline full and helps our team expand.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in PLACE New Agent Launch to internalize PLACE lead generation and prospecting scripts 
  • Cultivate and convert inbound sales inquiries to appointments
  • Cultivate and convert outbound sales opportunities to appointments
  • Qualify leads to convey motivation and financial aspects to real estate sales agents
  • Manage database and productivity reports
  • Commit to skill development through education and script practice 
  • Become a real estate local expert 
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology

Qualifications

You are excellent at rapport building and are energized by working with people. You are passionate about selling and converting. You are organized and can handle multiple leads and consistent follow-up methods. You are passionate about teamwork and team oriented goals.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional telephone skills
  • Sales experience tracking to a quota 
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn and internalize scripts 
  • Team player
  • Real estate license preferred
