    Description

    Seeking a Quote Specialist to assist the Manufacturing sales team by preparing quotes for potential/existing customers.

    Responsibilities:
    • Prepare sales quotes in a timely manner, determining pricing based on information obtained from potential and existing customers to meet their specifications.
    • Work with and monitor quotes and provide updates to  internal teams and external customers to meet customer specifications.
    • Respond to customer requests and concerns
    • Apply a broad knowledge of principles, practices and procedures to the completion of all assignments.
    • Understand dimensions and be able to interpret from blueprints into quotes.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Previous experience with technical quotes
    • Previous manufacturing experience helpful
    • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel required
    • Ability to work independently and have high attention to detail and work within tight timeframes
    • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to communicate with all levels within the organization.
