Account Manager / Collection Team Member

Premier Rental-Purchase is seeking a customer-focused Account Manager / Collection Team Member to build strong customer relationships and help customers successfully manage their lease accounts. This hands-on role includes account management, collections, merchandise delivery, and customer service both in the store and in the field. Bilingual is a plus.


Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts and assist with lease payment collections
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through regular communication
• Deliver, set up, relocate, service, and retrieve rental merchandise
• Conduct collection visits and assist customers with maintaining active lease agreements
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Maintain accurate account, inventory, and payment records
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor product maintenance
• Safely operate and maintain a company vehicle
• Ensure proper care and security of merchandise during transport
• Support store operations, inventory management, and customer growth initiatives

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Customer service, collections, delivery, sales, or related experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities
• Bilingual is a plus
