Position Inside Building Materials Sales Associate

Description Come join our team. Our Livingston location at 100 Washington Street is looking for a full-time Inside Building Materials Sales Associate.

Responsibilities • Welcome and identify customer needs • Find products and services for customers • Enter & process customer special orders • Enter & process stock inventory orders • Investigate and resolve customer issues • Actively assist in customer project inquiries • Answer phone calls & direct to proper department

Qualifications • Previous experience in customer service or other related fields • Ability to thrive in a fun & fast-paced environment • Ability to build rapport with customers • Must be able to frequently lift 50-65 lbs • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Positive attitude • Experience in building materials hardware is helpful but not required • Forklift experience helpful but not mandatory

Starting Salary Starting at $17 per hour, depending on experience.
