Are you a master negotiator who thrives on building relationships, solving complex problems, and protecting the bottom line? We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Inside Sales Account Representative to join our team!

This is a fully onsite role where you will own an assigned book of business, acting as the ultimate champion for our Commercial and Industrial customers.

What You'll Do:
  • Protect & Retain: Manage a dedicated book of business, handling both inbound and outbound calls to ensure our commercial and industrial clients stay loyal and satisfied.
  • Negotiate & Renew: Proactively manage contract renewals, navigate price adjustments, and field competitive cancellation requests with strategic, win-win solutions.
  • Drive Growth: Exceed monthly quotas on net new business and price achievements through proactive account penetration and pipeline management.
  • Tech-Driven Sales: Use Salesforce daily to track your pipeline, schedule activities, and document customer touchpoints.
  • Collaborate across Teams: Work hand-in-hand with operations, billing, and field sales to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: Proven track record in sales, account management, or high-stakes customer retention (2+ years in the solid waste industry is a huge plus!).
  • Education: High School diploma/GED required; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Exceptional negotiation, active listening, and problem-solving skills. You should be highly organized, self-managed, and intermediate-level proficient with MS Office and CRM tools (Salesforce).
  • Drive: A strong work ethic, high integrity, and the flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
