Overview:
Phoenix Medical Psychiatric Hospital is adding therapists to our growing clinical servicesteam to provide outstanding care to our patients and their families in their recovery journey. The therapist will provide daily individual and group counseling along with best-in-class treatment planning and care coordination under the guidance of the Director of Clinical Services. Therapists are Master's prepared clinicians with a focus on trauma informed care, compassion, and patient safety

Responsibilities:
Accountable for overall treatment planning efforts, care conferences with families and providers, family and provider care updates, psychosocial needs and completion.
Coordinate and facilitate the development of a discharge plan of care for the patient population which includes accountability for the complex discharge process.
Ensure the experience of care for the patient and family is exceptional.
Qualifications:
Education: Master's in Social Work (MSW), Counseling, Psychology, or related human services field is required
LCSW, LPC, or LMHC provisionally license is preferred
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a behavioral healthcare or acute psychiatric setting preferred.
Previous experience in an acute in-patient behavioral health hospital a plus
Experience developing and administering treatment plans
