    Inpatient Therapist (Psychiatric & Substance Use Disorder Facility)

    Location: 4770 Larimer Parkway, Johnstown, Colorado

    Pay range: up to $82k
    Schedule: Full-Time (evenings/weekends may be required)

    What You’ll Do

    As an Inpatient Therapist, you will play a key role in supporting patients through their treatment and recovery. You will provide therapeutic interventions in both individual and group settings, helping patients develop the skills needed to manage their mental health and substance use challenges.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Conducting assessments to determine treatment needs and developing individualized care plans.

    • Facilitating group therapy and psychoeducation sessions.

    • Providing one-on-one therapy to support patient progress.

    • Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other interdisciplinary staff to ensure comprehensive care.

    • Assisting with crisis intervention and de-escalation strategies as needed.

    • Documenting patient progress and maintaining compliance with state, federal, and facility standards.

    • Supporting discharge planning and aftercare coordination.
       

    What We’re Looking For

    • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.

    • Current Colorado licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC/LCSW-Candidate) required.

    • Experience in psychiatric/behavioral health or substance use treatment preferred.

    • Strong communication, clinical, and problem-solving skills.

    • Must be 21 years or older.
