Education:
Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in physical therapy at the bachelor’s, master’s or doctorate level. The candidate’s educational degree must meet the specific educational requirements to qualify for state of Michigan licensure dependent upon their year of graduation. [REQUIRED]
Experience:
Successful completion of all field work placements. [REQUIRED]
Demonstrated competency in physical therapy principles/techniques. [REQUIRED]
Field experience in physical therapy. [REQUIRED]
Licensure & Certifications:
Current Michigan license or eligible for Michigan license - [REQUIRED]
