Overview: AIMS is seeking skilled Pharmacy Technicians to join our team and provide high-quality pharmacy services. The successful candidates will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks in inpatient, outpatient, and oncology pharmacy settings, ensuring adherence to The Joint Commission (TJC) standards.Flexibilty :- Applicant should only apply if fully flexible and willing to do rotational shifts.Qualifications:
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience within the last five (5) years as an inpatient, outpatient, or oncology pharmacy technician.
  • Graduate from a formal pharmacy technician program accredited by the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) or a similar program, including military training programs.
  • Certification by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB), Exam for the Certification of Pharmacy Technicians (ExCPT), or CHPhT.
  • Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA).
  • Compliance with applicable state laws concerning the profession.
Responsibilities:
Inpatient Pharmacy Technician Duties:
  • Prepare sterile products and perform pharmaceutical calculations for various preparations.
  • Adhere strictly to sterile procedures and maintain equipment.
  • Prepare and fill physician orders for IV solutions, parenteral, and inpatient unit dose orders.
  • Perform maintenance on equipment to ensure sterility of IV products.
  • Participate in quality assurance data collection and review.

  • Stability and continuity in the workforce to ensure uninterrupted performance of all tasks.
  • Adherence to professional practice standards and TJC standards
Compensation: $21.00 - $25.50 per hour
