Lead inpatient pharmacy operations and clinical services in a progressive rural hospital delivering advanced patient care. This leadership role oversees pharmacy operations, medication safety, Epic Willow inpatient workflows, regulatory compliance, and staff development while supporting high-quality, evidence-based care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead inpatient pharmacy operations, medication distribution, sterile compounding, ADCs, inventory, and controlled substances
- Ensure compliance with USP, Joint Commission, and state/federal regulations
- Serve as pharmacy lead for Epic Willow inpatient workflows and optimization
- Support medication safety initiatives, formulary management, and clinical pharmacy services
- Supervise and mentor pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
- Partner with nursing, providers, IT, and hospital leadership on medication-use processes and quality initiatives
Qualifications
- PharmD required
- Active Colorado Pharmacist License in good standing
- Hospital pharmacy leadership experience required
- Epic Willow Inpatient experience strongly preferred
- BLS & ACLS (AHA)
