Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent degree
Minimum 5 years of experience as a licensed Pharmacist, with significant time in inpatient pharmacy at an acute hospital
Minimum 3 years in a formal leadership role with direct reports, including solid-line responsibility and hire/fire authority
Minimum 2 years managing operational or project budgets
Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining clinical workflows in a multidisciplinary hospital environment
Active Washington State Pharmacist License required at hire; candidates not yet licensed in WA must be willing and eligible to obtain licensure
National Provider Identifier (NPI) required within 6 months of hire
