Inpatient Cardiology | Predictable 7on / 7 off Schedule

Position Highlights:
Work-Life Balance:Balanced inpatient work with a structured 7 on / 7 off schedule, 7am start, and typical mid-afternoon finish
Ideal Work Environment:Cover two hospitals with an average census of 10-12 patients, supported by a robust team of interventionalists, CT surgeons, and EP
Favorable Call Schedule:Phone-only call during "on" week
Culture & Support: Dedicated APCs handle first patient contact and support rounding
Compensation & Benefits:
Financial Package:75th percentile base salary + achievable annual metrics
Sign-on Bonus: Up to $100,000
Comprehensive Benefits Package: Full benefits including malpractice, retirement, and health coverage

Qualifications:
Degree:MD / DO
Certifications:Board Certified/Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
Licensure:WI License or ability to obtain one
