We are seeking a rehabilitation professional for an inpatient therapy coordination opportunity in southern Vermont.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate therapeutic activities and rehabilitation services.

• Assess patient needs within the position's scope.

• Develop and implement therapeutic programming.

• Collaborate with rehabilitation staff, nurses, and physicians.

• Document patient participation and treatment outcomes.

• Support safe, patient-centered rehabilitation services.

Qualifications

• Appropriate education and credentials for assigned occupational or recreational therapy duties.

• Inpatient rehabilitation or therapeutic programming experience preferred.

• Strong organizational, communication, and patient care skills.
