Onsite Inpatient Billing Specialist – Alexandria, LA
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Inpatient Billing Specialist to join our team in Alexandria, LA. This is a full-time, onsite role working Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM with $17/hr starting pay.
Responsibilities
- Process inpatient claims on UB-04s and IOP claims on 1500s
- Complete accurate billing, data entry, and claim follow-up
- Handle customer service calls with professionalism
- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Adapt to new or additional tasks as needed
Requirements
- 1+ year of billing experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Solid communication and customer service skills
