Innovation Implementation Analyst (Contract)

Experience with body-worn camera technology, digital evidence management systems, video management platforms, or related technologies. Requirements: 1+ years of experience supporting operational programs, technology pilots, security initiatives, project coordination, or retail operations.

Our Client, a Retail Pharmacy company, is looking for an Innovation Implementation Analyst (Contract) for their Remote location.
 
Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience supporting operational programs, technology pilots, security initiatives, project coordination, or retail operations.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience gathering, organizing, and reporting program data and operational metrics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, Security Operations, Investigations, Law Enforcement, or Retail Operations.
• Experience with body-worn camera technology, digital evidence management systems, video management platforms, or related technologies.
• Experience supporting technology deployments, pilots, or field implementations.
• Experience working with vendors and managing operational issues through resolution.
• Familiarity with change management, user training, and adoption programs.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations, dashboards, and status reports.
• Required Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
• Candidates must complete an online Microsoft assessment and include the assessment scores with their resume.***
• Familiarity with AI tools (such as Microsoft Copilot) is preferred.
• Recent college graduates with relevant internship experience will be considered.
