We are seeking a Supervisor to lead our Chemical and Beverage Regional Sales and Service team.
**Key responsibilities include:**
Managing regional staff in servicing and repairing equipment, ensuring high-quality service and repairs.
Training, motivating, and developing sales and service specialists to enhance customer satisfaction.
Overseeing inventory, developing business plans, and analyzing reports to meet department goals.
Providing equipment expertise, supporting service opportunities, and participating in industry events.
Managing budgets, hiring, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team.
**Qualifications:**
Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum of 4 years sales/marketing experience in chemical and beverage environments, with 2+ years supervisory experience.
Strong leadership, communication, strategic planning, and customer service skills.
Valid driver’s license and proficiency in software applications; knowledge of reporting systems is a plus.
