Description

Start your new career as an Injection Molding Technician with MAU in Conyers, GA. As an Injection Molding Technician, you will monitor and optimize manufacturing equipment and processes to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production output. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

What We Offer:

  • Pay of $20 - $21 based on the shift
  • First Shift | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Third Shift | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
  • 12-hour shifts on a 2/2/3 continental schedule (includes weekends)
  • Temp-to-hire opportunity
  • PPE provided

What We're Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or recycling facility
  • 1+ years of injection molding experience
  • Experience in electrical repairs and general equipment maintenance
  • Strong mechanical and math skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred

What You'll Do as an Injection Molding Technician:

  • Set up and configure production machines and perform shift-start quality checks
  • Monitor machine parameters and product quality throughout the shift
  • Load raw materials and ensure material differentiation to avoid contamination
  • Troubleshoot and repair frontline machinery, including electrical components
  • Perform inspections, routine maintenance, and quality control checks
  • Execute mold changes and robot configurations for injection molding processes
  • Maintain End of Arm Tooling (EOAT) and oversee machine cycle times
  • Identify and report faults, production issues, and improvement opportunities
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Follow all standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
  • Perform other duties as assigned
