From the moment your shift begins, you’ll move between molding presses and related production equipment, turning work orders into finished, shipment-ready parts. You’ll rely on digital visual instructions, formal work orders, and guidance from your supervisor or setup technician to keep each run on spec and on schedule.

- Examine molded components for defects and separate any nonconforming pieces from the good parts.
- Record scrap accurately to maintain precise production and quality data.
- Trim gates and flash, then prepare parts so they’re ready to be packaged.
- Pack finished parts for shipment according to provided instructions.
- Brief your reliever on product specifications and molding requirements for the current run.
