Pay & Schedule
Wednesday – Sunday | 8-hour shifts
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | $28.00/hour
What You’ll Do
- Operate and monitor assigned manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure products meet quality standards.
- Identify abnormalities, defects, contamination, or other quality concerns and notify supervision.
- Follow packaging instructions and accurately count and package finished parts.
- Ensure proper labeling, identification, and traceability of packaged products.
- Help identify and prevent quality issues and unnecessary scrap.
- Monitor production processes and communicate issues that may impact production or quality.
- Maintain accurate production and quantity counts.
- Move completed boxes or materials to designated areas as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all safety guidelines, work instructions, and company procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, machine operation, injection molding, quality control, production, or a related environment.
- Ability to operate or learn manufacturing equipment and follow detailed work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
- Ability to identify defects and recognize when a product or process does not meet standards.
- Ability to accurately count, inspect, package, and label finished products.
- Dependable attendance and ability to work a Wednesday–Sunday schedule.
- Ability to work independently while also communicating effectively with supervisors and team members.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to regularly reach, handle, finger, and feel materials.
- Ability to occasionally sit, climb, or balance.
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed.
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs. and frequently lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.
