Injection Molding Mechanic
Work Schedule: 2nd shift (3:30 PM - Midnight) /Monday - Friday
Overview:
The position of Injection Molding Mechanic is responsible for maintenance and repair in the Injection Molding Department . This position will include all troubleshooting and repairs, Mechanical and Electrical. This position will also be responsible for the preventive maintenance of the equipment to ensure proper running conditions.
Duties:
Perform preventive Maintenance tasks.
Troubleshooting and repair of machinery
Document all work on a PC based Maintenance Program
Identify opportunities for equipment performance improvements.
Work with department supervision to maximize uptime and efficiency of the Department.
Qualifications:
3 years" experience in an Injection Molding environment
3 years" experience in mechanical and electrical
Ability to read electrical schematics proficiently
Ability to read Hydraulic schematics proficiently
Work with minimal supervision
Great Troubleshooting skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good computer skills
Must have the ability to read and write in English
