Injection Mold Tooling Technician

What Youll Do:
- Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and modifications on molds
- Operate milling, grinding, and CNC machines for tooling support
- Identify and fix mold-related issues during production runs
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams for tooling improvement

What Were Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in mold tooling or mold maintenance
- Hands-on ability to disassemble, clean, and reassemble molds
- Familiar with steel types, cooling systems, and mold structures

Preferred:
- Experience with automotive interior molds
- Bilingual in English or Spanish
- Knowledge of Mexico-based production standards
