Performance Objectives

• Install and Configure: Efficiently set up and configure manufacturing machinery to meet production specifications and safety standards within set timelines.
• Maintain Operational Excellence: Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting to ensure all machinery operates at peak performance with minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with production team and engineers to streamline operations and improve workflow efficiencies.
• Documentation and Reporting: Precisely document setup processes and maintenance activities for compliance and continuous improvement purposes.
• Training Support: Assist in training operators and new technicians on machinery operation and safety protocols.
