Injection & Blow Molding Process Technician

You arrive on the production floor ready to make precision plastics come to life. Your first task: set up an injection or blow molding cell to exact specifications, confirm the run sheet, and dial in the process parameters. Throughout the shift, you watch trends, make data-driven tweaks, and collaborate with engineering to keep quality spot-on and uptime high. When issues pop up, you troubleshoot quickly—because you know the machines, the materials, and the process.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and run molding equipment to meet production schedules and part specifications.
• Continuously monitor cycle parameters to maintain quality and consistency.
• Perform routine maintenance, diagnose faults, and resolve equipment issues.
• Partner with engineering and production teams to optimize processes and solve problems fast.
• Capture production data and keep accurate machine and process records.
• Coach and assist new team members on procedures and safety practices.
• Maintain a safe, orderly work area and follow all safety guidelines.
• Remain able to stand and walk for extended periods—up to 12 hours per shift.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED; a technical degree/certification is a plus.
• Hands-on background as a molding process technician or similar role.
• In-depth understanding of molding machinery and process controls.
• Sharp problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Clear communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and overtime as required.
