What your day looks like
- Review recipes and pull the correct ingredients, weighing and measuring to exact standards.
- Run industrial mixing equipment to produce uniform batches.
- Lift and move containers up to 50 lbs as part of staging and cleanup.
- Conduct basic preventive maintenance and report any equipment issues.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and food-quality procedures.
- Clean and sanitize batching tools and equipment between runs.
- Jump in on the production line when needed to keep output on track.
- Maintain an orderly, well-organized work area from start to finish.
What helps you thrive here
- Previous food manufacturing experience (preferred).
- Reliability, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently and with a team.
- Comfort standing 8–10 hours, with frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs safely and repeatedly.
- Comfortable working in colder environments.
Compensation & schedule
- Pay: $18.75–$20.00 per hour
- Pay Frequency: Weekly
- Status: Full-Time
- Shifts: Multiple shifts available
