TRC Talent is Hiring Equipment Technicians in White, GA

                                                                       

Role Overview                                                                             

As a Shift Technician, you’ll be part of the team responsible for keeping ingot manufacturing equipment running efficiently. This role focuses on equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and supporting production operations.

Key Responsibilities                                               

  • Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment

  • Diagnose and repair equipment issues in a timely manner

  • Manage and track spare parts inventory for repairs

  • Follow all safety guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  • Accurately document completed maintenance work and submit reports

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Qualifications                                                                      

  • High school diploma or equivalent

    • (Preferred: Technical education in mechanical or electrical engineering  

  • Up to 5 years of experience in equipment maintenance or related role

  • Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical schematics

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and positive interpersonal skills
