As a Shift Technician, you’ll be part of the team responsible for keeping ingot manufacturing equipment running efficiently. This role focuses on equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and supporting production operations.
Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment
Diagnose and repair equipment issues in a timely manner
Manage and track spare parts inventory for repairs
Follow all safety guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Accurately document completed maintenance work and submit reports
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
(Preferred: Technical education in mechanical or electrical engineering
Up to 5 years of experience in equipment maintenance or related role
Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical schematics
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Demonstrated leadership qualities and positive interpersonal skills
