Overview: TRC is seeking an Equipment Technician to keep production equipment running safely and efficiently. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, complete repairs, and support reliable production. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on problem-solving and making an impact.
Pay: $24/hr
Schedule: 6:00AM - 6:30PM
Responsibilities:
Preform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, complete repairs, and return equipment to service.
Document work, track part use, and identify replacement needs.
Follow safety procedures and work instructions while supporting production.
Work with technicians, engineers, and production teams to improve uptime.
Preform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
Industrial maintenance, repair, or related technical experience preferred.
Ability to read mechanical or electrical drawings and use common maintenance tools.
Strong communication, teamwork, prioritization, and safe work habits.
Work Enviornment:
Face-paced manufacturing environment with heat, noise, and industrial equipment.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, and occasional elevated or confined work.
Regular use of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
Required PPE includes safety glasses, steel-toe shoes, gloves, and respirators as needed.
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and perform hands-on work during 12-hour shifts.
