Arconic Tennessee Operations is seeking a talented Ingot Area Manager for our Tennessee Operations Ingot facility. This position will be responsible for the 24/7 operation of the Ingot casting facility at Arconic's Tennessee Operations. Under the direction of the Lead Area Manager, the successful candidate will be accountable for all aspects of safety, quality, productivity, maintenance, and cost while ensuring on-time delivery ingots to the Tennessee Hotmill facility. The successful candidate will supervise various positions including but not limited to production coordinators, supervisors, and hourly production.
