    Duly Health and Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Infusion Services team. This role is dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalized care for patients receiving biologic and other non‑chemotherapy infusion therapies. Chemotherapy certification is not required, as no chemotherapy is administered at this site. You will work alongside a team of highly trained specialists to provide closely managed care that prioritizes patient safety, comfort, and well-being throughout the infusion process.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Administer biologic and other non‑chemotherapy infusion therapies following established protocols, provider orders, and safety standards. 
    • Conduct pre‑infusion assessments, including vital signs, medication and symptom review, and patient education. 
    • Monitor patients closely throughout infusions, identify adverse reactions, and promptly escalate concerns to the on‑site APP/MD as needed. 
    • Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, treatments, and patient responses in the electronic medical record. 
    • Collaborate with the supervising APP/MD and referring providers to ensure coordinated, high‑quality patient  care. 
    • Provide education to patients and caregivers regarding treatment expectations, potential side effects, and post‑infusion care. 
    • Uphold infection control, equipment safety, and medication handling standards to ensure a safe and compliant infusion environment. 
    • Deliver empathetic, patient‑focused support, helping to create a positive treatment experience. 
    • Manage key operational tasks, including:  
    • Scheduling follow‑up appointments 
    • Handling electronic in‑basket messages 
    • Completing chart pre‑checks 
    • Coordinating referrals for smooth patient flow and continuity of care 
    • Experience And Qualifications
    • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois. 
    • Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience; infusion experience strongly preferred. 
    • Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail. 
    • Excellent communication, patient education, and interpersonal skills. 
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment. 
    • Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience; infusion experience strongly preferred. 
    • Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience; infusion or oncology experience strongly preferred. 

    • The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $32.65-49.00, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
