Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Linux Systems Administrator to support and maintain enterprise Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments. This resource will be responsible for Linux system administration, automation, system patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting to ensure infrastructure stability, security, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Administer and maintain Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments.
• Manage system patching, upgrades, package installations, and security updates.
• Utilize Red Hat Satellite for system management, provisioning, and patch management.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Red Hat Ansible and Bash/Shell scripting.
• Perform Linux command-line administration and system troubleshooting.
• Manage RPM, YUM, and DNF package management.
• Configure and troubleshoot Linux kernels, system services, and systemd.
• Monitor system performance, resolve infrastructure issues, and maintain system availability.
• Follow enterprise infrastructure standards and security best practices.
