Senior Project Manager
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic business and technology initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring objectives are achieved within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.

This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery expertise to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive successful outcomes in a complex organizational environment.
Required Skills & Experience

  • 10 years of project management experience leading medium to large-scale initiatives.

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects and programs.

  • Strong experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.

  • Excellent planning, organizational, and execution skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.

  • Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

  • Experience developing and maintaining project documentation, schedules, and status reporting.

  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Experience working within established project governance frameworks and methodologies.

  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches.

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of assigned projects.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.

  • Coordinate project activities across business units, functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

  • Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives and organizational priorities.

  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.

  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, status reviews, and stakeholder communications.

  • Manage project scope and change requests through established governance processes.

  • Prepare and deliver project status reports, presentations, and other project documentation.

  • Support decision-making by providing accurate project information and recommendations.

  • Ensure successful project transition, implementation, and closure activities.

  • Promote project management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience delivering projects within large or complex organizations.

  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or workstreams.

  • Knowledge of project management tools and reporting platforms.

  • Experience working in collaborative, fast-paced environments.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of an organization.
