Pay Rate : $45/hr on W2

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and deliver enterprise infrastructure projects related to Backup, Storage, Data Protection, Server Onboarding, ServiceNow Integration, and Infrastructure Transformation initiatives. The candidate should possess strong project management capabilities along with a good understanding of infrastructure technologies and ITSM processes

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end infrastructure projects from initiation through closure.
• Manage project scope, schedule, risk, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate with Server, Windows, Linux, Database, Network, Security, Backup, and Storage teams.
• Drive onboarding and migration activities for enterprise workloads.
• Conduct project planning, status reporting, governance reviews, and steering committee meetings.
• Manage project financials, resource allocation, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure delivery of project milestones within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate CAB approvals, implementation planning, and change execution.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Drive customer communication and executive-level reporting.
• Support ServiceNow-driven workflows, ticketing, and operational integrations.

Mandatory Skills

• Minimum 5+ years managing Infrastructure Projects.
• Experience in Backup, Storage, Server, or Datacenter projects.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing global teams and customers.
• Proficiency in project planning tools.
• Experience conducting governance reviews and executive reporting.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
