Position Overview We are seeking
Japanese and English bilingual Infrastructure Professional Services consultants to support
FORS/MORS Phase 2 and Phase 3 migration initiatives.
The project involves migrating MTM calculation and position/risk management to FORS/MORS for:
- Phase 2: FOX – Managerial purposes
- Phase 3: FOX – Financial Accounting purposes
To achieve this, specialized infrastructure expertise is required to design, prepare, and configure secure, compliant environments, including access management and UAT environment setup.
Scope of Services A. Infrastructure Access Management Services Professional services to design and implement secure, role-based access aligned with company policies.
Deliverables:- Access matrix definition for FORS/MORS environments (DEV, QA, UAT, PROD)
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) configuration
- Privileged access setup for developers, testers, and business UAT users
- Access provisioning documentation and approval workflow records
- Audit-ready access certification package
- Security validation for each environment prior to use
B. UAT Environment Setup & Validation Outcome-based technical setup of environments required for Phase 2 and Phase 3 UAT cycles.
Deliverables:- Environment provisioning and configuration for MORS UAT
- Interface and data feed configuration between FOX, FORS/MORS, and downstream systems including:
- PRIMAs
- MARX
- Oracle GL
- Lakehouse
- RDB
- EDW
- Infrastructure readiness checklist and validation report
- Deployment of required builds for QA and UAT
- Support for environment refreshes, data loads, and connectivity testing
- Performance and stability validation reports
C. Support for QA, UAT & Go-Live Activities Specialized infrastructure support aligned with project timelines to ensure successful execution of testing and deployment phases.
Deliverables:- Test environment readiness documentation for QA and UAT
- Infrastructure-related issue investigation support
- Deployment scripts and operational runbooks for Phase 2 and Phase 3
- Go-live implementation checklist and infrastructure sign-off package
- Post-deployment technical validation and stabilization handover
Required Qualifications- Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English (required)
- Strong experience in infrastructure environment setup (DEV/QA/UAT/PROD)
- Experience with RBAC, privileged access management, and audit compliance
- UAT and QA environment provisioning experience
- Experience supporting financial systems integrations and downstream platforms
- Strong documentation and validation/reporting capabilities
