    Description

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Lead and oversee the IT Networking and Infrastructure strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

    • Manage and optimize enterprise-wide IT infrastructure, including on-premises and cloud-based environments (Azure).

    • Direct the administration, maintenance, and security of networking systems, servers, storage, and enterprise-wide infrastructure.

    • Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and security.

    • Oversee Microsoft-based infrastructure, including Windows Server, Active Directory/Entra, Microsoft 365, ADFS, Azure-AD, and GPO Policies.

    • Drive the design, implementation, and management of scalable network architecture, including LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, and cybersecurity measures.

    • Provide hands-on expertise in server management, virtualization, cloud computing, and disaster recovery planning.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess infrastructure needs, ensuring high availability, scalability, and resilience.

    • Evaluate and implement new technologies, continuously improving IT infrastructure to align with business growth and emerging trends.

    • Lead and mentor a team of IT infrastructure professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

    • Establish and manage vendor relationships, ensuring optimal service delivery and cost efficiency.

    • Oversee incident management, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex IT infrastructure issues.

    • Develop and maintain comprehensive IT documentation, including system architecture diagrams, policies, and procedures.

    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, security frameworks, and data protection standards.

    • Act as a key escalation point for critical IT infrastructure issues, ensuring timely resolution.

    • Participate in business continuity and disaster recovery planning, ensuring robust recovery strategies.

    • Support organizational initiatives and collaborate with leadership to drive digital transformation efforts.

    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Proven experience in IT infrastructure leadership, including networking, server management, and cloud-based environments.

    • Strong expertise in Microsoft environments, including Azure, Active Directory, and Windows Server technologies.

    • In-depth understanding of enterprise networking, security protocols, and best practices.

    • Ability to translate business needs into IT solutions and system designs.

    • Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

    • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage projects, and drive strategic IT initiatives.

    • Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure, Cisco, ITIL, PMP, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
