Introduction

The Network Operations (NetOps) team operates, maintains, and troubleshoots the global network infrastructure, connecting datacenters, network hubs, manufacturing plants, offices, hosting services, and cloud environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in change and incident management, specifically within a NOC environment.
  • Deep functional understanding of infrastructure architecture (network, storage, hosting) and Cisco-related routing, switching, and voice/data systems.
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving skills, strong multitasking abilities, and exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven track record in global IT delivery, project management, and team building/staff management.
  • Prior work experience in the industry.
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience developing and managing APIs.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP).
  • CompTIA Security (or equivalent).
  • ITIL (or equivalent).

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 3 incident, change, and configuration management to restore services and maintain network performance.
  • Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot Cisco hardware/software.
  • Automate manual tasks using scripting and assist engineers with API development and tools integration.
  • Document all activities in the ticketing system, manage vendor partners, and communicate progress directly with customers.
  • Support and upskill L1 and L2 team members.
