We're looking for a Civil Engineer (PE) to help design and deliver infrastructure projects that make a lasting impact on the communities where we live and work.
As part of our Infrastructure team, you'll take an active role in designing roads, utilities, drainage systems, and other essential infrastructure improvements. From initial planning through construction, you'll collaborate with engineers, designers, surveyors, and clients to develop practical solutions that bring projects to life. What You'll Be Doing:
You'll help design and deliver infrastructure projects that make a lasting impact on the communities we serve. Along the way, you'll:
Lead civil engineering design and analysis for infrastructure projects, including utilities, stormwater management, grading, roadways, and site development.
Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, calculations, and cost estimates to ensure quality and compliance with applicable standards.
Collaborate with project managers, designers, surveyors, and clients to develop practical, construction-ready solutions.
Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, and contractors throughout design, permitting, and construction.
Manage project deliverables, schedules, and budgets while supporting quality control and successful project outcomes.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
2+ years of civil engineering design experience, preferably in infrastructure or municipal projects.
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, or similar engineering design software.
Strong technical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills with a collaborative, client-focused mindset.
