THE WORK:

• Youll perform and oversee inspection of structural work including bridges, retaining walls, and related heavy civil components
• Youll ensure construction complies with project plans, specifications, and applicable standards.
• Youll coordinate closely with contractors, designers, and client representatives on structural issues.
• Youll review submittals, RFIs, and field changes related to structural elements.
• Youll document inspection activities, maintain daily reports, and support project controls systems.
• Youll identify and proactively resolve construction and quality issues in the field.
• Youll provide mentorship and guidance to junior inspectors and field staff.

$180,000 - $200,000 a year
