THE WORK:

• Youll attract, screen, and submit talent for current and prospective demand.
• Youll meet required metrics that include goals for outreach, screens, interviews, and hires.
• Youll effectively communicate and operate with Recruiting Teams to identify and attract talent demand.
• Youll manage candidate status and notes in the Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever) and Professional Platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed)
• Youll build and maintain a strong pipeline of diverse candidates.
• Youll monitor and track the candidate pipeline and ensure it is adequate to meet the requirements of the open vacancies
• Youll use market-driven strategies to research, engage and pre-qualify passive talent.
• Youll use recruitment systems appropriately and with a focus on data integrity to ensure accurate reporting and compliance to data protection legislation
• Youll interact on a timely basis with the internal or external client stakeholders to understand specific sourcing requirements
• Youll develop and maintain data mining approaches using advanced search techniques
• Youll monitor candidate activity pertaining to specific sourcing projects, and communicates activity with stakeholders and recruiters on a regular basis
• Youll be responsible for ad hoc projects to support recruiting organization
• Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

$36 - $39 an hour

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Virginia or Washington as set forth below.
