THE WORK:
- You’ll ensure project site contractors and vendors meet contract HSE requirements and applicable HSE laws, regulations, and codes.You’ll represent the company with both internal stakeholders, external contractors and regulatory bodies.
- You’ll have the ability to work with a site team, corporate team, and contractors to complete HSE tasks in a fast-paced work environment.You’ll complete project level risk reviews and maintain company specific risk assessments.
- You’ll represent company in daily, weekly, and monthly project meetings.You’ll develop and maintain project level HSE procedures, presentations, and project management trackers.
- You’ll review and evaluate incident investigations, root-cause analyses, and corrective actions.You’ll track and validate contractor HSE metrics at assigned project site.
- You’ll conduct HSE observations and self-assessments at assigned project site. You’ll utilize ISNetworld to evaluate contractor HSE performance.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- 3-10 years’ experience in construction HSE; preferably renewablesB.A./B.S. Degree
- CHST, ASP, or CSP Working knowledge of industry regulatory requirements
- OSHA 30 Construction, OSHA 500 preferredTrained or willing to be trained in first aid/CPR
- Comfortable commuting to and working in remote locationsAdvanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint)
