THE WORK: Youll implement the Energy Isolation Program using SPS-101 standards and guidebooks as the foundational framework. Youll establish and manage an Energy Isolation assurance process, addressing gaps identified during audits. Youll participate in High-Risk Activity planning meetings related to energy isolation procedures. Youll ensure the approval process for proposed Energy Isolation procedures is properly implemented. Youll collaborate with the Authorizing Energy Marshal to develop and manage the Energy Isolation Permit process. Youll review Statements of Work, Methods of Procedure, and Scripts to identify all energy sources. Youll determine the need for group or individual LOTO and help establish a centralized LOTO system across site entities. Youll verify personnel qualifications, training, and PPE compliance for those performing energy isolation tasks. Youll delegate qualified alternates to assume responsibilities during multi-shift or peak energization periods. Youll ensure alignment with SPS-101 guidelines and maintain communication with site teams to support safe energy isolation practices. On-site at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs. $130,000 - $170,000 a year
