THE WORK:
- Youll provide professional and efficient construction administrative support to project managers and certain regional activities.
- Youll act as a liaison with project management, field teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Youll maintain and track project schedules in coordination with project managers.
- Youll provide support for meetings, including agendas, preparing meeting summaries, scheduling facilitators and participants, room setup, coordinating materials, and ordering meals.
- Youll support document management by maintaining SharePoint and MS Teams sites, ensuring adherence to protocols, and assisting with file uploads and sharing.
- Youll assist all project staff with administrative tasks such as expense reporting, timesheets, and project documentation.
- Youll prepare and edit reports, presentations, compile data for analysis, maintain confidentiality, and assist with creating PowerPoint presentations for meetings and conferences.
- Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

$65,000 - $110,000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Massachusetts, Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
