Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
+ Partner with business and functional stakeholders to provide financial and performance insights that support strategic and operational decision‑making.
+ Support business planning, forecasting, and performance management processes, including integration of actuals, business plan, and outlook.
+ Prepare and analyze financial results, identify drivers of performance, and communicate insights to leadership through clear and concise reporting.
+ Maintain strong financial controls and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data across systems and reports.
+ Support capital and operating expense planning, tracking, and analysis, including variance analysis and management reporting.
+ Leverage financial systems, tools, and dashboards to improve efficiency, transparency, and data quality; identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
+ Collaborate with enterprise and embedded finance teams to support benchmarking, performance dialogues, and value tracking initiatives as applicable.
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
+ Strong financial analysis, planning, and reporting capabilities
+ Experience working with financial systems and data (e.g., ERP, planning tools, dashboards)
+ Ability to translate complex financial information into clear insights for leadership
+ Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.
