Job Title: Infrastructure Analyst
Location: Buffalo, NY (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 months contract on w2.

Position Type: 12+ Months with Possible Extension
Note: W2 only
Primary purpose:
Support patching-related initiatives across a broad application population. Work can include contacting application teams, reviewing incidents, supporting increased patching frequency, tracking initiatives, and coordinating follow-up.
Scale: The team may reach out across approximately 200-300 application teams that consume the product. This is not one-to-one application support.
ServiceNow requirement: General working knowledge only. Candidate should be able to look up/review incidents and requests, assign items, and potentially pull reports. Developer-level expertise is not required.
Business skills: Strong communication, organization, ability to juggle multiple initiatives, and ability to explain technical problems to a broader audience.
Tools/administration: Comfortable creating PowerPoint materials and maintaining tracking in SharePoint and Excel. Project management experience is helpful.
