Description
Our client is seeking an Information Security Analyst to provide frontline support for workforce authentication and identity services. This role will assist employees with MFA enrollment, authentication issues, password-related requests, and account access while delivering a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Okta MFA, Microsoft Entra ID MFA, Windows Hello for Business, and Active Directory.
- Troubleshoot MFA enrollment, authentication failures, device changes, password resets, account lockouts, and access issues.
- Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation.
- Perform account administration and assist with identity and access-related requests.
- Support Password Safe/PAM processes and escalate complex issues when appropriate.
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to support knowledge management and consistent service delivery.
- Experience in IT Service Desk, Technical Support, Identity & Access Management, or Information Security.
- Hands-on experience with MFA, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, and Active Directory.
- Experience working with ServiceNow or a similar IT service management platform.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requests in a high-volume environment while meeting established service levels.
