    Job Description:

    Technology Integration & Support Specialist

    Job Summary:

    The Technology Integration & Support Specialist supports innovative teaching and learning by combining

    instructional technology coaching with hands-on technical support. This position partners with faculty, staff,

    and students to integrate technology into the classroom, provide professional learning, troubleshoot

    hardware and software, and maintain reliable technology systems that enhance the educational experience

    across campus.

    The successful candidate will:

    • Facilitate individual, departmental, and school excellence through the support of high-quality

    personnel, reinforcement of best instructional practices, encouragement of a culture of

    collaboration, and a focus on student learning

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience;
    • Experience supporting instructional technology and providing technical support for hardware,

    software, and classroom technology;

    • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, macOS, iOS, and mobile device management;
    • Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, and interpersonal skills;
    • Demonstrated excellence in human relations;
    • Positive attitude, integrity, flexibility, creativity, and a commitment to customer service;
    • Experience in a school setting preferred;
    • Experience with educational platforms such as Canvas, PowerSchool, Mosyle, or similar systems

    preferred;

    • CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience preferred;
    • Must pass a background check.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Partner with faculty to integrate instructional technology, AI, and digital learning tools into

    teaching and learning through coaching, collaboration, and professional development

    • Provide first-level technical support for faculty, staff, and students, including troubleshooting

    devices, applications, classroom technology, and connectivity issues

    • Support and maintain classroom technology, campus devices, and instructional software to ensure

    reliable day-to-day operation

    • Assist with the deployment, configuration, and management of computers, mobile devices, and

    educational technology platforms

    • Support innovative learning initiatives including coding, robotics, makerspace technologies,

    multimedia creation, and other emerging technologies

    • Collaborate with colleagues to evaluate new technologies and improve technology integration and

    support services across campus
